1. What is the working principle of the slicer? What is the difference between the desktop automatic slicer and the floor-standing slicer?
In simple terms, the working principle of the slicing machine is to cut the material into thin slices according to a certain ratio or width through a blade for subsequent use. The main difference between the desktop automatic slicer and the floor-standing type is the slicing ability. Because the latter has higher power, its slicing ability is stronger.
2. What is the reason for the oil leakage of the slicer? What's the reason for the uneven cut surface?
If the slicer leaks oil, there may be a problem with the oil pipe or the oil tank in the machine. At this time, check the oil tank and oil pipe to find out the real cause. If the slice is not flat, it may be caused by too fast slice speed or damage to the sleeve bearing.
3. After the slicer is sliced, there are obvious knife marks or cut marks on the material. What are the specific reasons?
Reason 1: The hardness of the cut material is too high, so that the slicing operation cannot be performed smoothly. At this time, a suitable blade should be replaced.
Reason 2: The blade in the slicer is not installed in place, or it is loose. At this time, the blade should be checked. If there is looseness, it should be tightened in time. Or, if the equipment is not cooled enough, the cooling oil should be adjusted at this time to make the cooling force appropriate to avoid the problem.
